JOB DESCRIPTION: • To review, identify and assist in the resolution of a variety of receiving and shipping related issues to guarantee a smooth in and outgoing transportation flow. • Daily shipments track and trace, report all irregularities in transportation to supervisor. • Update Inbound/Outbound Shipment data/record; Keep reports as daily departure schedule, deviations etc. and send to all concerned. • Daily audit/checking of forwarders’ bills; Take corrective actions for freight
invoices. • Monthly update of all freight reports (freight cost). • Monitor and report forwarder’s performance (KPI) monthly. • Monthly audit of freight rates. • Check and prepare all necessary customized paperwork. • Handle transportation • related claims. • Coordinate with in • house groups such as warehouse, customs, customer services, etc. • Report to clients on all transportation issues. • Assist with project conducting and implementation which is transportation related.
