Mavis Discount Tire has received 21 tire reviews for the Michelin Cross Terrain SUV. This tire has received a 4 out of 5 Star rating with 86% of the respondents saying they would buy again. Dry Traction and Wet Traction received the highest marks and total mileage that as been reviewed is 327,570.

Given 94% while driving a Toyota Landcruiser (265/65 R17) on a combination of roads for 150 spirited miles

I replaced the original tyres with a set of Michelin Cross Terrain at 40 K and found them better in every way to the original , for grip, quietness and long wear. When I needed to replace them I had to accept Michelin Lattitude tyres , as apparently Michelin had discontinued the Cross Terrain. I assumed that the new spec would be at least as good as the Cross Terrains, not so. They were noisier and now need replacement around 10,000 km. earlier in spite of attention to tracking, correct pressures etc. I now find that Cross Terrains are still available in another EU country and at a significantly lower price with free delivery !!!

By far the best tire ever made. I've driven in ice storms, snow storms, rain. These tires never let me down. 220k on my Explorer, on the third set. Got 90k plus on the first 2 sets. I wish Michelin didn't stop making them.

Looking to replace this year. Still tread left on the tire (4-6 mm) but starting to get cracks in treadwall. Good tires all around.

I live in Arizona. The tires have 25,000 on them and are ready to be replaced. Too soft a compound for the desert heat. Will not buy again.

I have had these tires since I purchased my Trail Blazer new in 2008. I had to replace 2 tires at 60,000 miles (replaced with the same tires), two tires are still going strong at 75,000+ miles. I have never had tires last this long on any of my other vehicles.
