DIE DESIGN

Extrusion simulation can be modeled before die construction to aid the design process to manufacture extrusion works that meet customer's usage purposes while minimizing costs and wastage.

DIE MAKING

With an in-house die lab that is equipped with technology from Japan, France and the United Sates, extrusions can be customized with flexiblity to suit customer's needs.

METERIAL

Extrusions made from primary aluminium billets have better controlled mechanical properties and surface treatment relative to those from secondary billets that are more susceptible to defects. Alumet puts an emphasis on sourcing primary billets from reliable smelters to achieve quality aluminium products.

The extrusion presses support various sizes of aluminium profiles. With the latest technology from Germany, extrusions can be customized per specifications in size, shape, texture, hardness and mechanical properties.

WAREHOUSE

The warehouse is over 20,000 square meters in size with a storage capacity of more than 2,000 tons to ensure stable supplies of products. The storage system has been designed with the emphasis on keeping the products in good quality.
