ไทยพาณิชย์ แจงกรณีการโอนเงินผ่านแอป SCB แต่ปลายทางไม่ได้เงิน ยืนยันจะดำเนินการคืนเงินเข้าบัญชีภายในเวลา 19.00 น.ของวันนี้
หลังจากเมื่อวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2564 แอปฯ SCB EASY ของธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์เกิดเหตุขัดข้อง โดยลูกค้าทำรายการโอนเงินแล้วไม่มียอดเงินเข้าไปยังปลายทาง อย่างไรก็ตามเมื่อเวลา 19.40 น. ของวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2564 ทางธนาคารได้แจ้งว่าขณะนี้การทำรายการโอนเงินผ่านแอป SCB EASY สามารถกลับมาทำงานได้ตามปกติ
พร้อมกันนั้นได้ชี้แจงว่า สําหรับลูกค้าที่มีการโอนเงิน แต่ปลายทางยังไม่ได้รับเงิน ธนาคารจะดำเนินการคืนเงินเข้าบัญชีของท่าน ภายในเวลา 19.00 น. ของวันที่ 1 กันยายน 2564
อย่างไรก็ตามเมื่อ"ฐานเศรษฐกิจ"ตรวจสอบจากผู้ใช้งานบางส่วนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุขัดข้องเมื่อวานก็พบว่ายังมีหลายคนที่ไม่ได้รับการโอนเงินคืนเข้าบัญชี แต่ในกรณีการทำธุรกรรมต่างๆในตอนนี้สามารถทำได้ตามปกติ
ล่าสุด เมื่อเวลา 19.15 น. ของวันที่ 1 กันยายน 2564 ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ ประกาศเพิ่มเติมว่า จากกรณีที่ลูกค้าได้ทำการโอนเงินเมื่อวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2564 แล้วปลายทางไม่ได้รับนั้น ขณะนี้ ธนาคารอยู่ระหว่างการตรวจสอบเพื่อคืนเงินเข้าบัญชีลูกค้า ซึ่งได้ดําเนินการคืนสําเร็จแล้วส่วนหนึ่ง แต่เนื่องจากมีธุรกรรมเป็นจำนวนมากในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว ทำให้ไม่สามารถคืนเงินให้ครบทุกท่านได้ในเวลา 19.00 น. ของวันที่ 1 กันยายน 2564
จึงขอแจ้งอัปเดตเวลาการคืนเงินใหม่เป็นภายในเวลา 12.00 น. วันที่ 2 กันยายน 2564
